USA - GenTek sells its CableTech Global wire and cable business to Southwire
GenTek Inc. has completed the sale of its CableTech Global L.P wire and cable manufacturing business in Mineral Wells, TX, to Southwire Co. for US$9.5m cash plus retained accounts receivable (expected to generate additional cash of US$1.7m).
